Our organisation is committed to maintaining a robust and proportionate health and safety regime for all flat clearance and rubbish removal activities. This policy sets out the principles, responsibilities and procedures that govern safe working across our waste clearance and rubbish company service area. It applies to all staff, contractors and personnel engaged in house clearances, flat removals, rubbish collection and associated duties. Supervisors must communicate safe methods and confirm competence for tasks. Staff must report hazards, participate in training and adhere to permit systems where hazardous materials are likely.
